Knife kit made by sharpening the handle A foldable cooking knife kit. The knife-like feel makes it useful for many purposes such as camping and BBQ cooking. Use a knife to shave the handle material into the desired shape, finish with sandpaper, and secure with set screws to complete your original knife. The knives are made using traditional Japanese cutlery made of steel and bare metal, and are individually hand-sharpened by craftsmen.
